The Texas Education Agency recently released campus accountability data for last year. Our Commended rates in Reading, Math, Writing and Science received Gold Performance Acknowledgements (Commended Performance measures the highest performance rate on TAKS tests). We also received Comparable Improvement in Reading. This is a measure that calculates how student performance on a TAKS test has changed or grown from one year to the next, as well as comparing the change to that of 40 schools that are demographically most similar to ours.
